Stumbled on this video by AgileDeals when I was looking over surfing spots at Cloud 9. It's basically a slide show of the many must-visit spots at the province of Surigao located at the north western tip of the island of Mindanao and south western tip of the Visayas islands. It doesn't say which Surigao though, but they could mean Surigao City. The captivating photo you see above is the Enchanted River, in Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur. It's a deep body of water connected to what looks like an underground cave, and really looks like the water is azure blue.
